How to Use Facebook Manager

You can manage your Facebook campaigns and ads using Facebook Manager. It can help you edit multiple campaigns, ad sets, or ads at once. Plus, it allows you to engage with your audience, create assets, and assign people or partners to work on your campaigns.

Create assets

Facebook Business Manager is an excellent tool for managing your Facebook assets. It allows you to schedule posts, respond to messages, and view insights. However, a few things to remember when using the Business Manager.

First, you must have a Business Manager ID. This is required to add partners, assign employees to roles, and claim an asset. You can find this by going to the Business Manager page.

Next, you must set up a Page. To do so, click the Pages button from the left navigation bar. Then choose the Create New Page option from the drop-down menu. After selecting this option, you will see a standard setup wizard.

You must also enter your Business Manager ID in the fields below. Once you have done this, you can click the Add button. At this point, you will be prompted to select the type of asset you want to claim. For instance, you can choose a catalog.

Edit multiple campaigns, ad sets, or ads at once

Facebook advertisers have access to several editing options, including duplicated ads and ad sets. These can be done either when the ad is already running or after the ad has been approved. Some reasons to edit an ad may include poor performance, delivery issues, and schedule changes.

You can duplicate campaigns and ad sets using Power Editor and make bulk updates to settings, start and end dates, and bidding types. You can also add new target audiences, update placements, and adjust budgets.

Changing a budget can affect ad performance and pivot a campaign. However, if you are making a significant change, you will have to restart the learning phase of the ad set. This is because Facebook will record the data you use for billing purposes. If your ad is doing well, you may want to increase your budget.

For example, you may be able to boost your budget by duplicating a successful ad set and placing it in a different campaign. This will allow you to redistribute your budget to other ad sets.

Assign people or add partners

If you want to make your Facebook page more interactive, you might consider adding people or partners to your business. A Business Manager can help you manage your social media presence. It lets you manage your ads, track analytics, and respond to messages. Plus, it can help you create and manage catalogs.

To assign someone or something to your business, you need to set up an account in the Facebook manager. Once you’ve signed in, you can add people, assign assets, set goals, view and reply to messages, and more. There are even options to deactivate ad accounts if needed. This can be useful if you’re managing multiple Facebook pages.

You’ll need to know your partner’s permission level when assigning people. You can find your partner’s ID by clicking on Business Settings. The next thing you need to do is to select the partner’s name from the list.

You can also check out the people section to see who is assigned to whom. You can also use this section to delete invitations.

Engage with your audience

Facebook offers a variety of ways to engage with your audience using its Manager tools. These tools will help you target specific users based on their behavior and interests. They can also help you expand your reach and personalize your marketing efforts.

To create a custom audience, go to Ads Manager and click Audiences. Then, you’ll see a list of your options. For example, you can target the broadest page engagement audience or the smallest one.

For example, a local restaurant can use the Anyone Who Visited Your Page custom audience to reach people who have visited the page. This can be used in direct response campaigns to encourage visitors to contact the restaurant directly.

Another way to increase engagement is to create events. This can be a fun way to draw people to your business. It’s also an effective way to convert your audience into customers. Whether you’re holding a contest or giving away a prize, there are many ways to get people involved with your page.
